I chose this hotel because Expedia website showed that they offer complementary shuttle to anywhere - just a few miles (5 I believe), but that was the reason I went with this establishment. At the checkout I found out that they don’t and I had to walk with two small children in 15 degrees, 25 miles per hour wind. No need to mislead customers; you never know the reason why they chose a particular hotel.
