This one-bedroom, one-bath condo at the Lodge at Lincoln Station is waiting for you to enjoy. Take the stairs or elevator to this 2nd-floor unit in the east wing of the building. On entering, find the full bath to your right and the bright and spacious living area straight ahead. A few steps in will bring you to the kitchen against the right wall and a comfortably-sized table where four can eat or play. Beyond are the TV and cabinet, and across from them is the sleep sofa. Between is the new slider leading to the deck with nice mountain views all year and filtered pool views in summer. A built-in air conditioner keeps the condo nice and cool. Looking back, find the bedroom with a queen bed off the living area, another TV, and a spacious closet. The bedroom does NOT have a door, only a curtain.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds and stairs leading down to the river. The outdoor pool, grilling area, and picnic tables are on the other side.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

Lodge stay

We love the Lodge at Lincoln Zstation and have stayed before. The location is great! We love having a kitchenette and the amenities offered and we spent a lot of time playing ping pong and in the gym. We also used the great room to relax and do puzzles. This unit was a bit different than the last. It’s very good for the price. I appreciated the AC in this unit and the welcome bag was a nice touch. The bed was hard and the cookie sheet type of pan to cook on does not fit in the oven. The curtain separating the bedroom from the living room fell down right away on our first night. A barn door might be a better option.

This rental would have been perfect for a couple. The bedroom didn't have a door or curtain for privacy, which was not ideal with teenagers, but we made it work. It was appropriately priced.

Nice accommodations

We stayed in this unit in October 2024. The unit is up to date and very clean. A plus is the option of 2 coffee makers, one being a k cup machine. A minus is the size of the bed, it seems smaller than the queen size which I believe may have been listed. I also did not notice any AC in the bedroom, which may be a problem in hot weather. The unit was quiet and had a nice selection of kitchen amenities. Bring your own shampoo as none was supplied. Soap and dish detergent was supplied.

Description Misleading

The listing should say that the bed is only a full size as is the pullout. Additionally it should probably not be listed as a one bedroom as there is no door to the bedroom only a curtain. The bathroom sink leaks profusely.and there is no shampoo/conditioner which I have no had happen. Coffee is left in the room but there is no coffee maker. There is only a keurig and no K cups. It’s fine for a night or 2 but should not be advertised for 4 people.
