Lincoln Luxury~ Spacious 5BR w/2 Kings & Boat Parking!

Bring the whole family to this great home in Lincoln,AL with lots of room to spread out. This home has 5 Bedrooms and 3 full baths! The Master bedroom is HUGE and has a garden tub and separate shower. 2 King beds and 3 Queens. Smart TVs in the LR and all 5 BRs!

* 7 mi. to CMP in Talladega, Lincoln Landing and Honda
* 20 mi to Choccolocco Ball Park in Oxford
* 15 mi. Coldwater Mtn Bike Trail
* 8 mi to Anniston Army Depot and Kronospan
* 12 mi to Pell City

Very nice and spacious newer home with a very large living room with a leather couch, loveseat and recliner, 2 huge full length wall mirrors and a 65 inch Smart Tv. It is open to the large kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island with 3 stools, built in desk with quart countertop, a gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher and double door LG refrigerator and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender and deep fryer. There is also a table and 6 chairs in the dining area and a large pantry.

There is one Queen bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom across the hall. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room. The master bedroom is HUGE and has a king size poster bed with 2 dressers, 2 side tables, and large chest of drawers, an upholstered chair perfect for some early morning reading and a large 65 inch Smart Tv. The master bath features tile floors and a nice soaking tub with separate tiled shower, a double vanity and a large walk in closet.

The third bedroom also feature a King poster bed with a dresser and 2 side tables and a 55 inch Tv. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have Queen beds with a chest and 2 side tables and Smart TVs. The third full bathroom has tile floors, a double vanity and a nice tub shower.

This home is located in a nice newer subdivision 2 miles from I-20 and just off Hwy 78 and has a nice size driveway with covered front porch and a rear concrete patio with some outdoor seating. The driveway will accommodate most trucks with boats attached and has a spacious garage. This home is located just minutes from Logan Martin Lake and the new Lincoln Landing boat launch and only 4 miles from the world class CMP in Talladega and the Talladega Superspeedway.
