ABOUT THIS SPACE:
Some places invite you to slow down. To take a deep breath. To create memories.
Kandler's Shadow Farms is one of them.
Nestled among the rolling hills of Lincoln, Arkansas, this multigenerational family farm has been quietly ahead of its time for decades — practicing regenerative stewardship long before the rest of the world caught up to the idea. The care you see in every corner of this property was built season by season, with deep respect for the living world and a belief that how we tend the land matters. Walk barefoot through the grass and you will find clover and red thyme woven beneath your feet — not by accident, but by intention. The gardens and meadows welcome birds, butterflies, and bees, creating pockets of life and beauty that remind you how interconnected everything truly is.
This is a place that gives back as much as it receives. And guests often find that simply being here feels restorative in ways that are difficult to put into words.
When you book the whole Guest House, the entire home is yours. Three thoughtfully designed private bedrooms — The Inner Sanctuary, The Garden View, and The Pond View — come together to create a private retreat for up to six guests. Whether you are reconnecting across generations, celebrating a long friendship, or simply carving out time to be together without distraction, this place was made for exactly that.
Wake to soft morning light and linger over coffee on the porch while the farm stirs gently around you. Watch a butterfly move through the garden. Listen for the birds. Spend your afternoons fishing at the pond, wandering among the flowers, or stretching out in the shade of the rolling hills with nowhere particular to be. Evenings here belong to your group — shared meals in the chef's kitchen, laughter in the living room, and skies full of stars that remind you how good it feels to be present with the people who matter most.
Each room is designed with rest and connection in mind. The Inner Sanctuary offers deep, uninterrupted quiet for whoever needs it most. The Garden View opens to soft daylight and the beauty of the surrounding gardens. The Pond View looks out over the water and the open farm landscape, inviting slow mornings and unhurried afternoons together.
This is a place where relationships are rekindled, memories are made quietly, and time feels like a gift again. It is also a place where the land is alive — cared for with intention, shared with gratitude, and passed forward with hope.
BRING THE WHOLE CREW — RVs WELCOME:
Traveling with family or friends who call an RV home? Every whole-house booking at Kandler's Shadow Farms includes the option to welcome RVers onto the property alongside your Guest House stay. We can accommodate three or more rigs for boondocking at $35 per RV per night — no water, electric, or sewer hookups are available, but the beauty, the open sky, and the company more than make up for it. Please note that RV boondocking is available exclusively in conjunction with a whole-house booking and is not offered as a standalone stay. To arrange RV accommodations alongside your reservation, simply reach out directly and we will take care of the rest.
