Stay was good and staff was nice but room lacked fridge and no ice machine on site
It's was negative 20 out and my heat didn't work. Staff was little to no help. There was trashing in the garbage can, the sheets were absolutely filthy, went and bought own sheets to use on the bed. There were no towels in the room.
it was the skurviest thing I have ever seen. we got a total of three rooms and every single one was beyond terrible. Please please please look for a different hotel. also they havent refunded me and its been a week
Worst bed ever! Super soft and you just keep sinking into to it. Bathroom tub shower didn't work. Floor of bathroom very dangerous and slick. The room even had left over laundry from previous tenants.
The smoke detector chirped every 40 seconds, and the tv didnt have a remote. When I asked about it it was on me to figure out how to solve it including programming the remote and rellacing the batteries myself.. which didnt solve the problem.
I opened the door, shut it and was immediately greeted by a bug on the handle. I would have complained, but i had already spent way too long waiting for the clerk, only to find him playing in the arcade area. It was super late, so i went to sleep, but not before battling the heater for a few hours to get it to work. The next morning, the shower was cold and the knob fell off in my hand. Also, there were no towels.
It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve knew the Travelodge name and I thought Expedia would only use good motels. This did not have a toilet paper roll on the wall. It was broken off. There were bugs, flies crickets the bathtub look like it was 100 years old. The front door looks like it been broken too many times there was no chair. No channel changer for the TV, and there was a dog barking all night two doors away. I asked them to try to get rid of the dog. I left two hours later and the dog was still there. I think it was gone that night. There was hardly any towels in the room there was no towel rack , it was horrible Robert J. Santoro DDS
Please don't book this place. The best part about this place is the picture of thier lobby. Yes it's renovated but it's size of a closet and it misleads you into thinking the rest of the place is that standard. The outside is a uhaul truck rental. The building structure is very old with a lot of windows boarded. It looks like an extended stay for the homeless. Very dirty and unsafe due to sketchy people just hanging around the building. I wished someone wrong a review like this or maybe I missed this review. It I could rate this place a 0, I would have.
Absolutely shut this place down. Took 30 minutes to check in after another person had to help new person at counter. Paid n July but wanted me to pay again on arrival a September 7th. Once that was fixed I pulled around back and no lighting, trash everywhere in halls and walkways. Looked like homeless were living behind the hotel. Never even went to room it was so bad. Left and will never go back.
