The cozy apartment "Zur Imme" welcomes you in a quiet area on the outskirts of Lindau, on the eastern shore of Lake Constance. The 115 m² apartment features a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two pine wood bedrooms each with a king-size double bed and TV, and two bathrooms with two showers and a whirlpool. It accommodates 4–6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, TV, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. A parking space, garage, and bicycle storage are provided.



Relax on the furnished balcony with barbecue facilities and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in views of the surrounding orchards and Entenberg (Monte Quack Quack). A wellness area in the basement with sauna, steam bath, and whirlpool can be used during autumn and winter months for a small additional charge. In the owners’ private bar, you can watch football matches live on a big screen. The city bus stops right at the apartment and, with your guest card, you can reach all districts and open-air pools in Lindau and the surrounding area free of charge. The island of Lindau with its historic old town is about 2.6 km away and can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car. Boats to Rorschach, Konstanz, and Bregenz depart from here. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk (1.2 km) or 5-minute drive away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
