Hervorragendes Haus fĂŒr unseren Urlaub. Zwei separate Schlaf-Bereiche mit eigenem Bad. Alles neu und sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse, coole Bar, ĂŒberragender Pool. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen waren begeistert.

La maison est trÚs fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le confort, idéal pour 2 familles avec ses 2 coins séparés.Le bar, la piscine et la décoration sont de trÚs bons atouts.La localisation est idéale pour visiter les Landes.Christophe a été un hÎte trÚs accueillant et disponible.Je recommande sans hésiter, c'est probablement la meilleure location que nous ayons faite

Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist super modern und neu und war total sauber. An Ausstattung mangelt es nicht und Christophe hatte uns sogar zwei HochstĂŒhle und Babybetten zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Dadurch dass es so gerĂ€umig ist bietet es sich super an mit einer grĂ¶ĂŸeren Gruppe, z.B. zwei Familien zu verreisen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Un Petit coin de paradis !

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour absolument magnifique en famille dans cette villa splendide. La maison est non seulement trĂšs jolie, mais surtout pensĂ©e avec intelligence : tout est pratique, fonctionnel, et parfaitement adaptĂ© pour un sĂ©jour sans stress. Le dĂ©cor est soignĂ©, Ă©lĂ©gant, et on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Mention spĂ©ciale pour la piscine, un vrai petit bijou oĂč nous avons passĂ© des moments inoubliables. Une super semaine dans une TOP maison neuve trÚs agréable à vivre. 2 coins nuits séparés pour deux familles avec un séjour au milieu avec une grande ouverture sur l extérieur et la piscine. Absolut phantastisch!

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Ferien in der Villa Matiou sehr genossen. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten, der Pool mit Salzwasser, die KĂŒchenausstattung, die Bar mit Grill, die Tischtennis-Area, alles war perfekt. Eine ganz tolle, neue Villa mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung und einer liebevollen und durchdachten Gestaltung. Perfekt fĂŒr 2 Familien mit jeweils 4 Personen (es gibt aber Platz fĂŒr min. 2 weitere GĂ€ste). Die zwei Schlafbereiche liegen separat und weit auseinander und sind mit jeweils einer eigenen TĂŒr vom Wohn/Essbereich aus zugĂ€ngig. Alle Schlafzimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der große Tisch auf der Terrasse ist direkt vom Wohnbereich aus zugĂ€ngig und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine moderne Überdachung mit LED Beleuchtung und verstellbaren Lamellen. Am Pool lĂ€sst sich auf der Holzbank der Sonnenuntergang genießen. Vor dem Haus ist reichlich Platz zum Parken. Der Riesenfernseher und gut funktionierendes WLAN haben die Jugendlichen glĂŒcklich gemacht. Der nĂ€chste Strand liegt 15 Min Autofahrt entfernt. Im Ort gibt es einen BĂ€cker, KĂ€seladen, Pizzeria und einen Wochenmarkt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und Christophe ist ein supernetter und engagierter Gastgeber!
