Recommend avoiding this hotel. We booked an apartment stay for our family of 5. After a confusing experience finding the room, we arrived to find it strongly smelling like sewage, and no one responding to emergency numbers or messages for a room change. Ended up booking another hotel last minute.

Room on top floor comfortable, warm, elegant design, great shower, couldn't be better. Downside - no lift. Walked to Keukenhof Gdns. Easy flat walk didn't take long, about 10-15mins. Reception staff lovely 🌹 Bikes to hire by hotel entrance, good choice of eating places nearby.

Great location

It was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, and Keukenhof Gardens. Slightly small room but had everything we needed including a fridge and coffee machine.
