double charged me even though paid fully to travelocity. Kept saying they needed to run my CC to verify I was who I said I was and charged me both times. they lied to travelocity when the agent called. Found fridge full of black mold. locked us out of our room and belongings when we went to front desk about charges and then sat outside our window for till 3am talking on the phone.
