First & foremost VERY beautiful hotel. I traveled here from Atlanta and had the honor of staying at this beauty 11/8-11/11. It smells amazing when you walk in. The receptionist when I arrived was very welcoming & informative. The rooms a VERY clean & comfy. The shower has really hot water that I loved. Each morning I enjoyed the wonderful buffet breakfast. The server with the tattoos is a sweetheart! Loved her energy every morning. Now the only negative I have to say about this hotel is 1. the female bartender that works at night isnt as outgoing as the rest of the staff. I sat at the bar for a good 10mins without a greeting nor menu. Mind you, there were only two people at the bar (Me & another guest). When she finally came over the other guest said “for a second I thought she was never going to take your order” that we both laughed at. She also didn't tell me about the happy hour specials. 2. I didn't like how guests allowed their children to run in the halls. Either way, I still in enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel. S/o to all of the staff.

The hotel was great. Room was great. The idea that there is no door for the toilet, kinda classless. Our TV didn’t work, and the door to the bathroom and shower was coming off hinges and didn’t close without force.

Housekeeping came in the room twice without knocking AFTER they had already done the service for the day. Also I waited 15 minutes at 11pm for someone from valet to come, they never came and I ended up parking down the street. When I got into the lobby the valet attendant was talking with the front desk staff.

The staff was kind and helpful. The toilet in room 314 got clogged up and they brought us a plunger to unstop it. Also there was no internet service in this room. Everything else was fine
