Crappy service
The TV didn't get a signal. Rather that fixing it, or moving me to another room, the guy at the desk would come over and try to fix it, leave, and try again in the same manner with same results. At around 9 pm I told him to forget about it. What really bugged me was him telling me, twice, that I should call him rather than coming to the front desk.

Was surprised at how well maintained the property was. Overall experience was good until after we left and we received a call from the front desk asking us if we removed a picture from the wall of the room. I was at first confused as to what they were talking about. When I finally began to understand issue I was shocked/. Who would take a motel picture like that? Definitely not my idea of decorating

WOW - Dean is THE BEST !! He helped us get all checked in - even brought extra bedding b/c my grandson thought he wouldn’t want to share a bed with his papa but .. he changed his mind and when I returned the bedding Dean was So Understanding - if I still owned a company, I would want to hire him!! The property is so VERY comfortable, even though it is close to I-45 it is quiet and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping opportunities - parking was safe and sufficient - for a guy who used to travel for a living that’s a full list - thanks again for having a guy like Dean on your staff!!
