The hotel did the job for a quick overnight stay — simple, not fancy, and generally fine. I did find a cockroach in my room, but the front desk handled it quickly and moved me to a new room. While I appreciate the prompt service, it still impacted the stay. Good for convenience, but cleanliness could be improved.

Great surprise

When we arrived at the hotel it was late and we were concerned about being able to find a restaurant nearby in the dark as this hotel is right at the entrance to the local airport we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the restaurant bar served actual food. The mozzarella cheese sticks were not great but the grilled chicken sandwich was very delicious as were the French fries. To top it off the lady running the grill called our room once the food was ready so we didn’t have to wait at the restaurant/bar. The hotel itself appears relatively new. The bathroom had a clean and spacious shower. The room was very clean. The breakfast the following morning was good although we didn’t sample a wide variety of the food offered. All of the staff we met both at check in and in the food service areas were friendly and efficient. If I had to give a negative it would be that the bed was a little hard and the hot water took a long time to heat up. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever out this way.
