The Carriage House in SoMa

We accept pets, however we do have a 2 dog maximum and a $20 per night fee - also, please be mindful that we have a strict NO-Smoking policy that applies to the entire property. An additional $500 fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. Now for the space - we’re located in the SoMa district of downtown Little Rock. This original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. You gain access from the alley through a walk gate with a combination lock. On the day of your arrival Doug will send you the code to the gate and the Carriage House door. The entire property has been renovated and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in a residential neighborhood and an easy walk to bars, restaurants, museum, and shopping. For those with dogs(no cats), there is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Please message me if your traveling with pets. We have a two dog maximum with a $20 per night fee.

Quiet! Easy access to interstate and attractions. Nice area to walk your pets. Courtyard is great and relaxing. 2 parking areas allows parking for my self and one guest. Inside is amazing, clean and fully equipped. This was my second time and I will be back.

This hidden gem is my halfway point on an annual trip home from a convention. It’s always comfortable, and I love being able to use the washer/dryer so I get home with clean clothes. It’s perfect for an overnight, or as a home base for 1-2 people wanting to explore Little Rock.

We truly enjoyed the property and app that thought that went into the space, anything you may need in a household is present, communication was quick and easy, the location was within walking distance to a few shops, restaurants and cafes which was really nice, would definitely come back.

Cute and tidy!

This place was super cute and ima nice part of time! I would love to stay here again! There was a small well enclosed yard for my dog to play around and they even provided poop bags! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Just be aware of the directions to get to the place, I didn’t read them till later and saw that we had to go to the back alley to get access to the property!
