All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Full bathroom with stand up shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.

Beach towels are also included during your stay.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats 4 guests, with 2 additional stools available for seating at the kitchen bar.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! It includes a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located next to the 2nd bedroom. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. Any pets other than dogs must be approved in advance before the reservation. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fee per animal. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets outside. A $25 additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleanup is needed due to pets.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.

We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.

Driveway parking is available for 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited.

The grill is located on the front patio, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors; music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and front yard facing the lake, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages to the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check-out.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
