We are so sorry about your disappointment. By the way, we do provide free filtered water through our juice machine, along with flavored infused water in our coffee station 24/7. Also, guests can always purchase bottled water from our sundries shop by the front-desk.

Their room key machine wasn't working so anytime we needed to go back to the room, someone had to let us in. Very inconvenient.
