Horrible communication
We rented this house about ten days ago. I accidentally left our cell phone and was told it would be mailed to me. I have emailed four times and absolutely can not get a word back from the owner. They do however keep sending me coupons to return and stay again, also asking for a review, so here it is. I really need my cell phone back. Hopefully you see this message and respond to my numerous attempts to retrieve it.

Super relaxing trip
Really liked this place. Wanted to get away for a few days so we rented this property because of the proximity to the lake. We decided to bring our boat down and thankfully the marina down the road allowed us easy access to the lake. Got some good fishing in. The house was clean and looked well taken care of. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Just an a great trip overall!

Horrible communication
This has been a nightmare. We left our cell phone and owner is horrific at communicating. I kid you not when I say I’ve sent at least 10-15 emails trying to retrieve our phone. He has let us know they have found it but we can’t get it back. Two weeks without a cell phone that we have proof he said they have. I live on the same street as this home and have offered to come and get it. owner has been great at writing us asking for reviews so here it is. BEWARE!!!!

Our Michigan family stayed here for a Texas wedding week!
Amazing beautiful home, but super family friendly at the same time! Love the comfort of the beds and that it had a lot of what you might need already! Definitely recommend this place!

Overall we had a great weekend at this property!
We spent a weekend at this property, and overall we had a great time . The bedroom downstairs with 6 beds is a must, if you are traveling with kids . The kids enjoyed playing and having a sleepover all together . The only thing I can mention is that driveway can accommodate only 4 cars which I think the owner should mention about in the house description, also since the house is supposed to host 20 people , I think you should take in consideration that you guys will need to have at least 20 silverware, because only 6 forks for 16 people is not enough at all, and this shouldn’t be a problem if the property manager would mention that as well in the house description ( I wouldn’t have any problems to buy those in advance) . The water pressure is super low, and as I can see there was another complaints in the reviews before, so I would probably pay attention to that as well. The house was clean, we didn’t enjoyed the weather because of the rain , but this wasn’t a problem, because we had a great time with all of our friends.

Problems: parking, and water pressure
The house is nice could have been a bit more cleaner and the water pressure is the worst I have ever seen The parking is a joke i you have more than 4 vehicles. We were told to contact the owner if you need additional parking which he gave us incorrect information. You can not park and the marine next door even if you offer the pay, the owners of the marina are very prejudice and rude and say they are tired of the property owner sending people to ask about parking.
