I did not get to stay at this property. The host informed as i was trying to check in that my booking had been given away to a walk in client and i should just go somewhere else.

The host didn't respond to my communication until Wednesday, April 16th. Host notified me as follows "Sorry Andrey.. Kindly Cancel the booking as we have been booked by walk in Guests."
I responded that I am unable to cancel due to non-refundable property.
Host promised that he would cancel, but never followed up. I had 3 communications with VRBO Support and the issue was not resolved. I ended up starting the chargeback with my bank.
