Valtura is situated in the south-eastern part of Istria and it's only 11 km far away from Pula. It's well-known for its rich cultural and historical heritage from the Roman epoch. Only 2 km from Valtura you can visit Nezakcij – the most favorite destination of the archaeologists. In the surroundings there are also heaps of stones where the decorative stones with beautiful multicolored ornaments are pulling out and processing. The unique beauty of the Istrian region, picturesque hills, blooming vegetation, bicycle paths.

A lovely stone house in a quiet village

The house was just what we wanted - cool, well equipped and in a village just outside Pula. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and pans and the outside area is covered which meant we could eat outside at all times.The owner came to meet us and brought maps and other useful information. There is a small shop in the village for essentials and a restaurant. (We were unlucky that the restaurant was shut while we were there). We visited many of the local places - a car is essential if you want to explore. If we visit this part of Croatia again we will certainly consider returning to this house.

Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von der Unterkunft. Silvia ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns gleich bei der Anreise mit Infos zur Region empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist Optimal für eine vierköpfige Familie und es fehlt an nichts. Selbst unser Hund konnte sich auf dem umzäunten Gelände frei bewegen.

Sehr tolle Gastgeberin und ein absolut empfehlenswertes Haus.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus im landestypischen Stil. Rustikal aber absolut zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit allem was gebraucht wird. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber. Schön ist auch das kleine dazugehörige Grundstück mit alten Olivenbäumen und Naturschatten. Wir können eine eindeutige Empfehlung aussprechen.

We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig. Goede airco, wat heel fijn was bij hoge temperaturen. Onze hond was heel welkom. Silva is een lieve gastvrouw die ruim de tijd neemt om informatie over de buurt te geven en heel goed bereikbaar is. Er is genoeg te doen in de buurt. Strand op een kwartier rijden afstand. Familienurlaub mit Hund

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Kommunikation (auch schon vorab bei Fragen) mit der Besitzerin. Alle Zimmer hatten Klimaanlage, sehr sauber, Küche prima ausgestattet, ganz romantisch abends zum Sitzen in der Pergola. Eingezäunt, perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund. Die Strände in der Nähe sind wunderschön wild. Fahrt mit dem Auto zwar sehr abenteuerlich, aber es lohnt sich. Pula und Medulin mit ihrem istrischen Flair, besonders abends sehr sehenswert. Kleiner Supermarkt am Ort.

Unterkunft für schöne Ausflüge

Haus + Garten, einladend, man kann dort lange verweilen + kroatische Baustil + eigenes Grundstück + schattenspendende Bäume + gemauerter Grill + Sitzecke im Schatten Austattung + Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet + Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern + 1 Toilette im Erdgeschoß und 1 Bad im Obergeschoss ist bei 5 Leuten Belegung optimal + Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren für uns eine besondere Austattung Sauberkeit - Unangenehm war, dass überall im Haus Spinnweben/Spinnen waren und das Haus scheinbar nicht gereinigt wurde (Traubenkerne vom Vorgänger auf dem Nachtkästchen, schmutzige Tischdeckchen,Oberflächen etc) - alte Speisereste in der Spülmaschine und Geschirr - Handtücher waren nicht frisch, zumindest rochen sie so Umgebung + ruhige Nachbarschaft - kläffende Hunde im Dorf hörte man täglich - immer wieder Fluglärm von landenden und aufsteigenden Flugzeugen Gastgeber + machten einen freundlichen Eindruck

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, bis hin zum Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen ist alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Sehr sauber! Allerdings solle man mit einem PKW anreisen, da man mind. 20 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand benötigt.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden,was man benötigt...sauber und gemütlich. Der Garten ist klein und lädt zum verweilen ein auf der Terrasse. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat.

Absolut Tolle Unterkunft mit Hund 🐕

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Garten ist hervorragend für Hunde geeignet und vollständig gesichert. Das Wasser ist in nur 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das einzige Manko war das Bett, das leider sehr unbequem war. Trotzdem vergeben wir die volle Punktzahl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen, um dort Urlaub zu machen.

Zum 2. Mal gebucht

Da wir es ruhig mögen haben wir das Haus zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Leider hat die Konoba nebenan geschlossen. Für den ersten Einkauf gibt es im Ort einen kleinen Laden für den Großeinkauf muss man nach Pula. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren prima. Die Terrasse mit Grill ist idyllisch zum lange verweilen. Schöne nicht überlaufene Strände ca 20 min mit dem Auto. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. An manchen Tagen gibt es intensives andauerndes Hundegebell aber das muss man eben ignorieren. Am Balkon sind leider keine Möbel aber die Terrasse ist ja groß genug, möbliert und mit Grill . Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und WLAN funktionieren 1A und bei Stromausfall hat man Gas zum Kochen.

Super Urlaub

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Allem voran, eine sehr liebe Vermieterin, die immer erreichbar war. Sie hatte uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Sie spricht gut deutsch, was Vieles einfacher machte. Alles was man brauchte, war da, so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Ambiente. Der Aussenbereich war ein Traum und unser Lieblingsplatz. Wir hatten unseren Australien Shepherd dabei und da das Grundstück eingezäunt war, konnte er viel Zeit draussen verbringen. Die Nachbarn waren ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir schon zweimal in dieser Gegend waren, kannten wir die tollen Hundestrände in Sisan und Liznjan, die, wie jedes Mal, für uns und unseren Hund ein Highlight waren. Weitläufig und leer. Ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es die Konoba Stari Cok, sehr zu empfehlen, leckeres Essen, besonders zu empfehlen ist der Nachtisch, Pfannkuchen mit istrischen Ricotta gefüllt und mit Waldbeeren garniert. Ein komplett gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank Frau Ciceran, gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Entschleunigung garantiert :-)

Schönes Haus mit einladender Terrasse und Grill. Die Tipps zum baden und Sightseeing waren sehr hilfreich. Schade das wir die Bootsfahrt mit dem Sohn zeitlich nicht mehr geschafft haben aber wir kommen wieder. Wenn es abends kühler wird auch Benutzung des Balkons möglich. Parkplatz am Grundstück. 1a Mülltrennung. Im Schlafzimmer unterm Dach und im Wohnraum Klimaanlage. Perfekt funktionierendes WLAN. Herd mit Gas und Elektro bei Stromausfall Gold wert. Konoba nebenan und ein paar Meter weiter ein kleines Lebensmittel Geschäft mit allem was man braucht. Das einzig negative sind die stetig kläffenden Hunde.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus der Familie Ciceran gefühlt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben alles gezeigt bekommen. Wir waren sehr dankbar für die Tips und die Vermieter standen uns auch immer bei fragen zur Seite. Es hat an nix gefehlt im Haus so das man auch ordentlich kochen konnte und abends auf der schönen Terrasse den Tag ausklingen lassen konnte. Es war auch alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir sind dankbar das wir in diesem Haus 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbringen durften. Der Tipp mit dem Geheimstrand war super . Er ist zwar nicht mehr ganz so geheim aber wunderschöne viele kleine Buchten machen es unvergesslich. Wir waren fast jeden Tag dort und konnten prima schnorcheln. Vielen Dank…. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhaft

Wir wurden sehr liebevoll und persönlich empfangen von Frau Ciceran und ihrem Mann. Es gab zur Begrüßung nicht nur eine Hausführung sondern sogar noch selbstgemachte Marmelade und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten. Das Haus entsprach absolut dem Inserat und war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke und eine Konoba um abends typisch istrisch zu essen sind im Ort zu Fuss zu erreichen. Frau Ciceran war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir haben hier eine wirklich schöne Zeit verbracht.

Einfach eine wunderbare Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus

Wir (Familie, zwei Kinder) haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die traumhaften Badebuchten in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch Pula ist nicht weit weg und einen Besuch wert. Super Urlaub

Es hat alles gepasst. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Valtura ist ein ursprüngliches Dorf, genau das was wir suchten.

Ländliche Idylle nahe der Stadt

In dem 2 stöckigen geräumigen Haus mit Terrasse und Garten inklusive Olivenbäumen haben wir uns 2 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Im nahen Supermarkt ist es möglich täglich frische Semmeln oder anderes Frühstück zu holen. Die Lage von Valtura erlaubt es, täglich eine andere Bucht anzusteuern oder Nationalparks zu besuchen. Action für die Kinder gibt es auch durch vielfältige Angebote in der Nähe. Abends das Glas Wein unterm Olivenbaum oder manchmal das Bier am Grill war der entspannte Ausklang der heißen Tage. Sehr nette Vermieter haben uns empfangen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
