Ana Tour As / Terrace 2-bedroom Apartment with a great view, free WiFi & AC

Apartment with a beautiful terrace is located on top of the building on PraĆŸakova street, in vicinity of the main bus and railway station and only 400 m from the Triple bridge.

This modern apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds. Bathroom has a bath tub with shower, bidet, toilet and a washing machine. In the main room there is a living corner with LCD TV and sofa, which falls down to a bed (120 x 200 cm), a dining corner and fully equipped kitchen with stove, bar stools, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, small kitchen appliances, dishes and cutlery. From the main room there is an access to the terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the city.

The apartment is fully equipped with towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning.

Apartment is on 11th floor, but has an elevator access to the 10th floor. From 10th floor there are couple of stairs (12) leading to the 11th floor.

It is possible to use a private parking lot in front of the apartment building, if there is available space. Otherwise public parking lots are only a step away as well.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR or self-check-in option free of charge. For arrival after 24:00 only self-check-in option is available.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Parfait pour un week-end entre potes

IdĂ©alement placĂ©, cet appartement au dernier Ă©tage d'un immeuble des annĂ©es 70 est parfait pour un sĂ©jour entre potes ou pour une virĂ©e virĂ©e 2. C'est propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© et la terrasse est un vrai plus (double terrasse, une orivative dans l'appartement et une commune sur les toits). Tout est proche (Ljubljana n'est pas trĂšs Ă©tendue) En quelques minutes vous ĂȘtes au cƓur de la ville est Ă  2 pas de la gare si vous arrivez par le rail. Je vous recommande fortement cette location pour dĂ©couvrir la quiĂ©tude et la douce Ljubljana

Excellent apartment near city center

Excellent apartment that is an easy walk to the city center. The patio was a nice feature, the bedrooms nice size and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. Uros was very kind and responsive and met us at the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding Month-Long Stay in Ljubljana

Spent a month in Ljubljana with day trips around Slovenia. The apartment served as a great base. Terrace was fantastic. Comfortable bed. Bedroom had ample closet space. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space and storage, as well as good water pressure and hot water. Washing machine was helpful for our extended stay. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped (no microwave) and often used during our stay. Good location just outside the city center (easy walk). Would have rated this a 5-star but for a few minor issues. Sofa is worn and uncomfortable. TV needs to be replaced (wasn’t used much during our stay). Awkward placement of TV (had to sit at dining table, not sofa, to watch). Worn awning on terrace could be replaced or removed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Fabulous location in fabulous Ljubljana

Property in a brilliant location, v quick walk into the old town which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. Truly a fabulous, safe place to walk around. Miro the agent who checks you in could not have been more helpful. Apartment is great value and ideal. It is in a 1970s block though and the corridors etc all feel a bit dated and shabby. This isn't a problem, I mention it so that when you get there you're not put off as it is v different inside and, as I say, location is brilliant.

Fantastic property

We had a great time staying in this apartment. It is close to the city centre and close to the train and bus station. It has a balcony and a good view of the city and was spacious and clean. Nika, who was there to meet us, was very helpful when I had a query soon after checking in. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Ljubljana.

Great location, excellent host

Location was great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was a base location for us to do several day trips around the area, loved the ability to easily walk to all the sights and old town in the evenings. The only negative we experienced is the skylight in the main bedroom rattles even with a light wind. Earplugs didn’t even block out the sound of the banging / rattle. By the third night we gave up and move to the secondary room and slept in the twin beds.

Loved the 11th floor views and the proximity to places we wanted to go, like the river or castle or marvelous Tivoli Park. (It backs up against a forest with miles of trails.) We walked everywhere. Beds comfortable, terrace lovely and kitchen and bathroom modern. Took the offered driver service from airport and we’d say, do it. Driver was informative.

In the heart of Liubliana

the apartment is as it can be seen on the VRBO site. It has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. The most remarkable thing was the willingness and kindness of Milo who waited for us when we arrived from the Ljubljana bus station, he took our suitcases to the 11th floor and when we left, he arrived regularly to help us down to the ground floor. A gentleman!
