Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is placed near the Ć pica River Park in a quiet part of the city centre.
With two bedrooms, a walk-in shower and a tailor-made kitchen it is ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Free parking is in front of the building, in the vicinity there is public transportation (a bus stop) and public bike-rental spot.
Our two-bedroom Jojo Apartment with a separated kitchen has a true city feeling! It is located on the third floor (no elevator) and therefore it offers a nice view of the Ljubljana castle hill and the surroundings. It has a hallway, 1 master bedroom with a double bed, where a comfortable extra bed or a sofa can be arranged for one more person, and the second bedroom with a double bed. There is a tailor-made kitchen with dishes and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels and linens, as well as free wireless internet, are all included!
Jojo Apartment accommodates 4 people, two in each room. But if needed, there is a possibility to prepare a comfortable bed on the couch in the master bedroom for one more person (15,00 € per person per night). Therefore, the apartment can accommodate maximum 5 people.
You will love staying at this spacious apartment in a really good location. Old part of Ljubljana city centre is a 15-minute walk away along the green banks of the Ljubljanica River. If you come by car, you can park in front of the building (free parking) or on a public payable parking 1 minute away. In the vicinity, there are pubs with vibrant local scene as well as public transportation (a bus stop) and a public bike-rental spot. Just across the street, there is a port for boats on the Ljubljanica River, a bit further on there is one of the nicest city parks in Ljubljana – the Ơpica park. If you cross the bridge for pedestrians, you will reach the oldest botanical garden in Ljubljana.
You will enjoy staying at our Jojo Apartment and you will love Ljubljana, European Green Capital 2016 and Slovenia, European Region of Gastronomy 2021. You will leave Jojo Apartment with a smile on your face and wish you could come back soon. Of course we’ll meet again then!

Good stay

The apartment was clean and well appointment . Don’t let the outside scare you , the apartment appears to be updated and nicely done with lots of storage. You should be aware that it is up 5 flights of stairs so not for faint of heart or anyone with mobility issues. It is a good 10 minute walk to town but take the canal route for a beautiful leisurely stroll. The 2 apartment was advertised as 2 bedroom but be aware that the 2nd bedroom includes the living space for the apartment. While comfortable, if you like having 2 separate rooms this can be a challenge. Love Ljubljana amazing city and the citizens take a lot of pride in their community. Overall very good accommodations.

It was a perfect location and I was amazed at the renovations!

Martina was available by phone and everything went very smoothly. I booked viewing the apartment before the renovations... what a difference. The bathroom is beautiful and there’s a ton of storage space. We used the pull out bed and it was very high quality. The beds and pillows were also high quality. Highly recommend!

L'appartamento Ú esattamente come lo si vede nelle foto ed Ú molto confortevole; si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lubiana, splendida città della Slovenia. Personalmente, lo consiglierei a tutti. L'unico problema Ú che si trova al 3° piano e non c'Ú l'ascensore.

Maja met us as we arrived and was fantastic. We could walk to the city center along the river. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only thing really missing from this place is a common sitting area. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.

Great location and great price!

While we only stayed one night, we were very happy with this property and with the great service provided by the owner/property managers. The apartment is only a short walk away from the river that takes you to the heart of Ljubljana's Old Town Center. Within 30 minutes of a scenic stroll, you can be at the Three Bridges and City Hall--not to mention countless terrific restaurants. It's also a convenient walk up the hill to the city's castle. The apartment is a bit small--but it has been set up well to accommodate a family. It's also very nice to have a parking space for a car. Perhaps most importantly, we had a great experience in dealing with the owner/property managers. We were met on time at the apartment and given some excellent recommendations on things to see and do. The apartment was set up well with clear instructions on how to do everything. I would definitely recommend this property to a family on a budget--as the price and convenience certainly beats any local hotel.

Neat compact apartment in a great location.

Martina was a very attentive host. Apartment is compact for four people. The location is great in a beautiful city. The only disappointment was the fact that there was only one bathroom when the website indicated that there were one and a half. We really enjoyed the walks along the river into the city.

Comfortable Home in a Good Location

It was super easy to work with Martina as we planned our trip. One of her staff met us at the house and went over the things we needed to know. Very clean and it had enough space for 5 adults. Took just minutes to walk thru the neighborhood to grocery stores and 15 min to get to the edges of the old town. Price was reasonable and it served us well. The kitchen was not stocked with a lot of things to cook and no coffee pot but you are so close to everything it really was no problem. We ate at some amazing places and loved the cappuccinos at the local cafes. Would definitely stay here again, Thanks Martina!
