Good location in a quiet area, 60 m from the Carboneres beaches, 200 m from Farella beach and close to the port and shops in the area. Sunny terrace to enjoy the good weather and have a relaxing time in this lovely spot.
The rooms of the apartment are all on one floor and there is direct access to the outdoor terrace. The hallway, on entering the house, leads to a bright lounge-dining room with sofa, TV, wooden table and chairs, and French windows leading to the terrace outside. Fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and tableware, and access to an indoor utility room with washing machine.
2 bedrooms: one double bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, and a second double room with a double bed. Second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.
