BUEN APARTAMENTO
Apartamento muy acogedor, con zona comunitari muy tranquila y familiar. Tiene cerca una cala muy bonita "Cala Boadella", se puede ir andando y esta situado en una zona muy tranquila de Fenals.
El propietario Marc muy amable y muy atento con nosotros para que no nos faltara nada.
Repetiremos!!!!

Séjour agréable
Marc est un hôte vraiment très sympathique, disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons eu quelques désagréments à notre arrivée mais qu'il a su régler rapidement.
La résidence est bien située : 10 min à pied de la plage de Fenals, 15 min à pied de la plage principale de Lloret au centre ville. Elle est propre et bien entretenue. Sa piscine est appréciable avec des horaires étendus de 10H à 23H. Il y a quelques commerces aux alentours, mais on trouve plus de choses au centre ville : nombreux commerces, bar discothèques, restaurants, fast food, salles de jeux , etc. Le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit dans les alentours, et il n'y a aucune difficulté à trouver de la place pour se garer.
Le logement est bien équipé : climatisation, micro-ondes, plaque chauffante, 1 petit réfrigérateur, machine à laver, baignoire, TV. Il y a également un petit balcon.
Points négatifs : wifi commun gratuit uniquement dans la cour de la résidence et réseau mobile qui passe très mal à l'intérieur du logement. Manque également un séchoir plus grand pour les vêtements après lavage à la machine.
Notre court séjour s'est très bien déroulé avec nos enfants. Merci encore à Marc pour son hospitalité.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale, c'è tutto il necessario. La marcia in più è il propietario
L'appartamento è abbastanza piccolo, ma ha tutto quello che serve (il doppio climatizzatore è una manna dal cielo durante i giorni più caldi). L'abitazione è ben tenuta e pulita. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, Marc, sempre disponibile e premuroso un'ottima persona.

Résidence agréable et entretenue dommage que la PROPRETE du logement n'était pas au rdv il a fallu faire le ménage à peine arrivé, frigo sale, micro-onde inutilisable car crasseux, mégots retrouvés sous le clic clac et vaisselle sale....et tout cela malgré 2h d'attente à l'arrivée!Une fois le logement réserve sur le site plus trace de l'annonce propriétaire qui ne répond qu'en espagnol difficile de se comprendre.Lit annoncé finalement c'est un clic clac il a fallu attendre 1 semaine pour avoir le lit finalement le matelas à ressort étant mort nous sommes retournés vers le clic clac.Et cerise sur le gâteau la wifi collective uniquement en extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas!!! Et enfin le départ propriétaire inexistant nous avons dû lui laisser un message et le relancer pour qu'il arrive enfin avec 1h de retard (heureusement que nous étions en voiture et que nous n'avions pas d'avion à prendre!!!).Dommage car emplacement idéal à Lloret et résidence bien entretenue pour les communs
