The place is an apartment and not a house as stated in the name of the property

The appartment is fully renovated however there is not air conditioning in the room, there is one only in the living room which is not stated in the list of the flat. The building is not in very good shape as well as the surrounding. The price is very high for renting an apartment .

Great apartment!

We had a really nice stay, family of two adults and two kids. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern with everything you might need for a comfortable vacation. Nice details as a shopping cart, enlargement mirror in the bathroom, basic spices in the kitchen and a nice welcome package with some beverages and fruit. The apartment is conveniently located near bus stop, groceries, restaurants and beach! It’s an older building so noice insulation isn’t great, but the area is quiet. The owners are very friendly, great service throughout the hole time, from booking to leaving! Highly recommend staying at Luengi House!
