The house, which has been recently renovated, maintains the rustic style that characterizes a typical Mallorcan house. The accommodation is equipped with wifi and satellite television. In addition, it has a pool, garden, several furnished terraces and hammocks area.
Llubí is a small town located in the center of Mallorca where you will find restaurants, bars and some shops. It is also just 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and its spectacular sandy beaches, or from the coves of Port de Pollença. It is also very close to Palma, the capital of the island.
Keep in mind that airplanes usually pass in this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some tenants.
