Can Jener by Rentallorca

The finca "Can Jener" is located on the outskirts of Muro, a quiet agricultural area, where you can enjoy a very relaxing holiday. It is an old house that has been renovated and modernised.



Following the paved access road you will reach the covered parking area, where you can park your car in the shade.



Surrounded by a large exotic garden, the large outdoor space is 4000 m2 with cats, sheep, chickens and other animals. There are several areas where you can rest and relax. There are also several terraces. On the largest terrace, up some stairs, you will find the large swimming pool of 12m x 12m with a maximum depth of 1.80m, which contains a sunbathing area, a porch with dining area and an outside shower. On the ground floor, there is a covered porch with sitting and dining area. In addition, there is a ping-pong table and a barbecue.



The property is distributed over two floors, with a surface area of 400 m2. On the ground floor, we access to the living-dining room, with dining table, sofa, armchairs and a TV and to the fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and open to the living-dining room. From the living room you have direct access to the garden and the covered terrace. Next to the dining room there is a comfortable and modern bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.



Going up the stairs, we access the upper floor, where we find a living room and three bedrooms. Following the corridor, on the right is the first of them en suite with bathtub, it has 2 beds of 0.90 by 1.90 metres. Directly opposite, the second en-suite bedroom with bathtub has 2 beds of 1.05 by 1.90 metres and direct access to the terrace. The third en-suite bedroom with shower, has beds of 0.90 by 2 metres, direct access to the terrace and sitting area. The additional living room on the upper floor is very practical, as it has a sofa to relax on (perfect for a little nap from time to time) and a small kitchenette with fridge. From there, through the balcony, you reach the swimming pool.



Muro is only 5 minutes away as the crow flies. On Sundays there is a market, in the area of the square there are small shops and bars where you can have a drink. You will also find several supermarkets. If you want to go to the town of Inca, it is about 10 minutes away by car. It is known as the "leather city", where you will find leather goods of all kinds and there is a lot of pedestrian area around the city. In about 15 minutes you will reach the beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro or Alcúdia. The train station is about 3 km away. If you want to visit Palma and don't want to take your car, this is another option to get around.
