House in Badia Blava with Pool & Rocky Beach

This stunning house is perfect for those who love the good weather since you can enjoy the beautiful chlorine pool -that sizes 8.5 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 metres-, and the rocky beach that is only 800 metres from the house. So, after a nice morning swimming in the pool or the sea and sunbathing on one of the 6 sunloungers, you can cook a delicious barbecue to enjoy at the terrace or the porch. With a stately air, the house has a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV, a large kitchen with ceramic hob and open to a glazed space where you can also eat, three bedrooms with wardrobe and fan, two bathrooms and an outside toilet. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two have double beds. One double has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other bathroom has a shower. There is a cot and high chair available, as well as a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. There is oil central heating. Badia Blava is a coastal family area skirting spectacular waters. About 800 metres away from the house you will discover some amazing corners where you can dive into the sea from the rocks. The nearest sandy beach is s'Arenal. You will find an easy access to the bay of Palma from here, as well as to all kinds of services for an independent stay such as good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family.
