In a quiet location and close to beautiful beaches of the island lies this luxurious holiday home with capacity for 6 people. The single-storey house with elegant furnishings has a spacious living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned villa, which is perfect for families, also has Wi-Fi, several televisions, a baby cot, a high chair, a wood-burning stove and board games, so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in all seasons. You can park your car in the garage, which also has a roof terrace. In the idyllic outdoor area there is a large pool, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and a children's playground. The natural beaches Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita with white sand and crystal clear water are about 30 minutes away by car. Numerous restaurants are located in the village and shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car in Ses Palmeres.
