Vacation home with private pop-up pool 4 km from the sea and 15 km from the beaches of Alassio. You are in the famous Riviera delle Palme and less than 10 minutes by car from Pietra Ligure, which has become the European capital of outdoor sports. For sports enthusiasts there are countless hiking and mountain bike trails, throughout Val Maremola and Monte Carmo, on the edge of the Finale Ligure area. Enjoy the Riviera delle Palme with its dream sea and the hinterland to be discovered. In the surrounding area, Toirano, a small village with its underground caves; Pietra Ligure with its medieval old town and the "new" Borgo from the Renaissance await you. There is an 18-hole golf course in the Lerrone Valley, one of the most suggestive in Liguria, surrounded by olive groves and pine forests. And then Noli, Bergeggi, Spotorno and Vezzi Portio also await you to discover the immediate hinterland of Liguria with its landscape, tranquility, colors and flavors. Your vacation home is spread over several levels: On the first floor there is a large living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a quadruple room with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with terrace and a bathroom with shower. Laundry room, bathroom with shower, garage and entertainment area with billiards, table soccer and darts in the basement. A bike room for bicycles is available. Wer Ruhe sucht in der Nähe von Meer und Stadt ist hier richtig. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Tolle Lokation, bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Toller Garten. Grosszügige Platzverhältnisse. Alles Nötige vorhanden. In den Badezimmern mehr Ablagefläche wünschenswert. In der Küche Wasserkocher wünschenswert. Die Pfannen müssten ausgetauscht werden, Beschichtung ist verletzt. Generalreinigung (Dampfabzug, Waschmaschine) wären nötig. Auch Tischfussball und Billardtisch müssten wieder auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Insgesamt aber eine positive Erfahrung. Zu empfehlen.

Ein Ort zum Chillen

Wir waren eine Woche da und haben uns prima erholt. Die Lage weiter hinten im Tal ist weniger für Partygänger geeignet. Das hatten wir aber auch gar nicht vor. Das Haus selbst ist modern und geräumig. Eine beinahe voll ausgestatte Küche (Ein Wasserkocher wäre perfekt) liess auch keine Wünsche übrig. Die Kaffeemaschine ist halt die typische italienische Auf-/Überkochmetallkanne. Alternativ haben wir Instant benutzt. Wir können dieses Haus für alle weiterempfehlen, die nicht eine unmittelbare Nähe zum Nachtleben suchen. In Loano ist man mit dem Auto in 5-10 Minuten. Da dort Parkplätze Glückssache sind haben wir meistens auf dem Bezahlparkplatz hinter dem Bahnhof geparkt. Das hat eigenlich immer funktioniert.
