Wooden holiday home on a fenced, private property, 30 m from the shore of a clean lake. On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the mezzanine there is another bedroom (2 single beds and TV). The view from the mezzanine of the beautiful sunrises is breathtaking. There is a terrace with a set of garden furniture, with deckchairs and barbecue equipment.
There is a private fishing and recreation pier on the shore of the lake. There is a ladder, you can swim. The nearest beach is 100 m away. A rowing boat is available on site free of charge (available to guests from 2 neighboring houses). There is a safe parking lot.
Included in the price of your stay: bed linen, towels, resort fee, parking. Baby cot on request. The beautiful surroundings offer great opportunities for active leisure. Lakes rich in fish and forests full of mushrooms provide many opportunities for relaxation in the fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many paths among the forests and fields, ideal for cycling. There are also kayaking trips on the Rega River in the area. The popular Baltic health resort of Kołobrzeg is about 50 km away. There is an aqua park in Świdwin, 25 km away. The nearest city (Łobez) is about 12 km away. You can swim and fish in Lake Klępnicko if you have a fishing card (Polish or foreign).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 15 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
