On the outskirts, 1.8 km from the centre of Piazza Grande, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside. In the house: reception, lounge, lift, roof terrace, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road extra. Shop 1.1 km, grocery 1.1 km, restaurant, café 80 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Linie 3 + 4" 50 m, railway station "Locarno SBB-CFF" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m, thermal baths "Termali & Salini" 80 m, public bathing area 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 400 m, minigolf 2 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como.
