Upon arrival, you'll discover a welcoming living area with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. The spacious living room, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi, easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a comfortable sofa bed.

The separate bedroom features a 160cm double bed, ample built-in wardrobes, and a desk area, ideal for working remotely or organizing your belongings in peace and quiet.

The en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, offers a truly relaxing experience after your days of exploring or working.

From the living area, open the French doors to a large paved terrace furnished with a table, garden furniture, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying sunny days in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Just opposite, a beautifully landscaped public garden invites you for a stroll or a peaceful break in nature.

Welcome to Loches, in the heart of beautiful Touraine.

This charming medieval town captivates visitors with its rich heritage and authentic atmosphere. Stroll through the cobbled streets and lively pedestrian street, relax on a terrace with a drink, and discover the many restaurants and local specialties.

Dominating the town, the royal castle and its impressive 37-meter-high keep, a masterpiece of 11th-century military architecture, offer exceptional panoramic views of the entire region. The traditional market, which brings the town center to life every Wednesday and Saturday morning, is also a must-see.

Loches is an ideal starting point for exploring the region's treasures:

Beauval Zoo, one of the most beautiful zoos in Europe (approximately 30 minutes away),

the famous Loire Valley châteaux, including Chenonceau and Amboise,

Clos Lucé, Leonardo da Vinci's last residence,

the charming villages of Chédigny and Montrésor, ranked among the most beautiful in the region.

Nature lovers can also discover the Brenne Regional Natural Park, nicknamed the "land of a thousand ponds," or enjoy the unspoiled forests and landscapes of southern Touraine.
