The Sonneninsel holiday resort is located in the Kölpinsee seaside resort and is located between the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea and the idyllic banks of the backwaters.
The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort.

The attic apartment in the beach gull house is 65 m² and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail.

The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 4.5 m² balcony with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 80x190 cm.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower.

The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house.

A parking space is located directly at the house. A lockable bicycle shed is available for bicycles brought with you.

Eine Ferienwohnung die alles bietet was man braucht. Mit dem Rad hat man kurze Strecken zur Ostsee, zum Kölpinsee und zum Achterwasser. Lage ist ruhig und Platz für alle Autos der Gäste ist vorhanden. Eigene Fahrräder kann man mühelos in abschließbaren Hüttchen verstauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entweder ein Geländer anbringen oder eine Lampe direkt an der Treppe befestigen.Wenn man aus dem Haus kommt im dunklen sieht man null Nix die 2 Lampe außen geht erst an wenn man die Treppe unten ist.Wir finden das sehr sehr gefährlich gerade im dunklen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr begeistert war eine sehr schöne Wochen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ronny Veres

Zwei perfekte Wochen im Haus Strandmöwe in Loddin an der Ostsee. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet (wirklich alles da, mitsamt Info und allem drum & dran), modern & sehr sauber - top Empfehlung, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Super Lage für Radfahrer.....

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort den man für einen Urlaub auf Usedom braucht. Von Loddin aus kann man hier so ziemlich ganz Usedom mit dem Rad erkunden.
