Manufaktura Residence Studio #1B is a charming apartment located in the very heart of Łódź, just one kilometre from Plac Wolności (Freedom Square) – one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks. Situated in the city centre, Plac Wolności is one of the main squares in Łódź and a venue for numerous cultural events, concerts, festivals, and social gatherings. It is also a popular meeting point and walking area for residents who appreciate the unique atmosphere and historical character of this place.

Just a short walk from the apartment is Piotrkowska Street, the most iconic and historic promenade in Poland, known for its vibrant atmosphere and unique character. Along Piotrkowska Street you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs. The street is also the epicentre of cultural life in the city, hosting concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic events that attract both locals and tourists. Piotrkowska is also famous for its lively nightlife – in the evening, when numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come alive, it becomes the main entertainment hub for residents and visitors alike.

In the immediate area there are many attractions worth visiting, such as EC1 – the city’s first power plant, now one of the most interesting and modern cultural complexes in Łódź – the Museum of the City of Łódź located in the historic Poznański Palace, and the Grand Theatre. Within easy reach there are also numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, and major shopping centres, including Manufaktura and Galeria Łódzka. The apartment is very well connected with the rest of the city thanks to numerous bus and tram stops as well as nearby railway stations. This allows guests to easily reach other attractions offered by the city, such as the impressive zoo, the botanical garden famous for its romantic tulip displays, or the Fala water park.

Manufaktura Residence Studio #1B is a cosy and well-arranged apartment featuring a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a mattress on the mezzanine level, and a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fridge with freezer, electric cooker, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, and kitchen accessories.

Street parking is available directly in front of the property and is paid via parking meter or mobile app (applicable on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, according to the current rates). Two free parking areas are also available within an 8–9 minute walk, located at Ogrodowa Street 32 and Ogrodowa Street 60. The nearest public transport stop is approximately 350 meters away (about a 5-minute walk).

At the beginning of the stay, a basic set of toiletries is provided, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note that the quantity is limited and intended mainly for the first days of your stay. To ensure full comfort throughout your visit, we recommend purchasing additional items according to your personal needs.
