Cosy, simple, comfortable house "SolglÀntan", built in 1976, renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees and meadows. 3.4 km from the centre of Lofsdalen, in the district HÀrjedalen, in a quiet, elevated position, along the wooded area, 3 km from the lake, 3 km from the beach, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: natural state property 69 m2, garden 1'506 m2 with flowers and trees, meadow. 4 m long bumpy, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop "Lofsdalen" 3 km, railway station "Ljusdal" 178 km, underground station "Sundsvall" 285 km, rocky beach 3 km, bathing lake "Lofsjön" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 81 km, sports centre 4 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 2 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski rental 3 km, fishing possibilities 3 km.
