I liked everything, but... on the website it said "In room coffee", and there wasn't... and the bathtub drain wasn't draining well at all (I told the front desk...) and, unfortunately you don’t give Park Rangers a discount....(we protect the parks the tourists go to....) Other then that, everything was fine!

The bed was very comfortable but unfortunately besides that the room was outdated. There was a cheerio on the floor by the table and chairs. Behind the nightstands it was dirty which included a dried rose petal. In one of the nightstands there was a headband that must of been left from the previous occupants. The jetted tub took forever to fill up and did not look clean so we did not end up using it. Finally the breakfast that was provided was sub par at best.

Worst hotel room we ever stayed in. The room smelled horribly musty. The sink would not drain and the bathtub faucet leaked. The bathroom door would not close fully. The bed was ok but overruled by musty smell. Even the dresser drawers smelled. At breakfast the lady that was in there abruptly started putting away the coffee and snapped at us they close at 9. Would not stay again. Very disappointed in a Wyndham property.

No elevator, made 2nd floor difficult for disability. Room key not working next day, had to get front desk help. 1st floor access to vending/ice had no door knob on it ??? No hand soap at sink, was told by housekeeping that none was available. Breakfast was good and desk staff very helpful. 11am checkout not convenient.

Everything was more than good untill the breakfast service. The temperature was set at 60, with fans working, my kids were getting frozen, I tried to just stop a fan like other customer but the kitchen attendant stopped us and made sure those were working against the comfort of everybody. I can't understand why the customer preference can not be listened on something so small but uncomfortable. My kids had to rushed breakfast, they were shivering. Other kids brought blankets to the table. This is just insane. First place were the attendant don't try to please the customer. The front desk was amazing. And the room very comfortable.

My pillow was like a bunch of rolled up socks it was so lumpy. The bathtub ran all the time. The room smelled musty as soon as you walked in. The bathroom door was so warped it wouldn't shut.

The property is in desperate need of updates/upkeep. The walls in the room were damaged, cracked, and in need of repair. The carpet is clearly old and should be replaced. The quality of this "hotel" is more along the lines of a Motel 6, Ramada, or other properties that fall into the "under $100 per night" range. If not for the fact that this is located in a "tourist" area, it would be empty at the $150+ per night rate. I'll be going back to Hilton properties.

There was no coffee maker, the refrigerator was iced over, the carpet needed a good sweeping. Overall not a bad stay. Paint peeling and cracking in the bathroom. Customer service was great, overall cleanliness was good.
