The rooms need more soundproofing. The doors to the individual rooms are metal, and closing them sounds, from the hall, like a click. But from inside one's room, a door closing sounds like "rattle-CLUNK-thud". I could hear every door closing on my hall from 8 pm to after midnight. Also, voices in the hall carry very well into the room. I had trouble sleeping, and the door noises woke me up twice.

The property was fine, but there were lots of people smoking all sorts of things hanging out by their trucks outside my room all evening. Into the night. There was lots of litter left in the grassy area the next morning. The bed was ok, the bathroom was fine.
