NO WIFI IN 2025!

Hotel looks nice outside, but some deferred maintenace and not working wifi.made my stay less enjoyable. Staff are indifferent and not well trained. For example, I was told breakfast served from 7...when it was set up at 6 every dsy. when i asked about nearby restaurants, i was told theyre mostly downtown...when in reality there are 6 or 7 good chain and.local restaurants wthin a block i travel for business and the ability to work in my room is important. i stayed 3 days and never had stable wifi servoce for more than a minute. Front desk staff just kind of shrugged and indicated thats just the way it is. Hot tub jets werent working. back door wasnt working. My room wasnt made up on day 3, so o had no towels. i should have booked at the Springhill Suites across the street.

My wife stayed in a 2 queen bed room for one night and upon arrival found stains on the comforter of one bed and blood stains on the mattress of the other. She found mold growing on the walls of the bathroom. The morning she left she had to wait at the front counter for almost 10 minutes before having someone help her. I normally had a good experience at this establishment in the past but was very poor this time around. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again

Bed was very uncomfortable, my back hurt. We went to use the hot tub and it doesn’t work. The properly needs a major renovation and the cost was the cheapest.

Extra star because the man at the front desk was helpful during my late night check in, but the room wasn’t cleaned, and even after getting that fixed with a different room, the other room didn’t look much better. The entire property looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months.

POS: It's right across from my medical appointment, making it very convenient. NEG: Bed was uncomfortable. too noisy to sleep until well into the night. Hot pool was barely warm and strong jets didn't work; staff tried but couldn't fix it. Wall behind hot pool needs repair with places where the tile was knocked in as in a hole.

Don’t stay here!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We travel often, and I can't believe this place is listed on Hotels.com. The room was extremely dirty, I couldn't sleep at night due to the odors, and the bedding felt horrible against my skin. The worst part was the front desk; they are never there in the mornings, so you have to wait. When they do arrive, they are the rudest people ever.

Horrible Hotel and staff! Checking in the girl at the desk was great. However, the room smelled like dogs and we were sneezing the whole time. We checked in late and wanted to sleep or we would have requested another room. The water was shut off in the morning for maintenance, without telling us. So when I go to shower, nothing was working. I told the front desk and then they informed me they were working on the plumbing. I asked for a later check out, they said yes for sure, no problem. However, by the time the water came back on (10:30). And both of us showered it was around 11:15. Front desk came pounding on my door telling us we needed to check out ASAP. I reminded them about the water being off and that they said we could check out late. The girl told me, "well this is late." Seriously 15 minutes after Checkout time, and we had just gotten out of the shower. They were extremely rude about needing to check out right away. Luckily we were only staying one night or we would have moved to another hotel! Horrible experience!

The lobby is pretty but everything else feels a little dated. Front staff didn’t check us in on time and we were there an hour later than when we said we were checking in. It felt like they had no idea what they were doing. Needs better soap. Wish the sinks were inside the bathroom.

I'm here for business and a quick overnight. I need to write up a report tonight and the internet doesn't work. The on-duty manager's only resolution is to reset the router but it doesn't work. Absolutely unacceptable in 2025, who doesn't have internet? Absolute Fail. I'd go to another hotel but it's already 9:00 and I had a long flight and a long drive to get here. My advice: stay somewhere else.
