The room reserved was not available. Wanted a king. Said not available. Gave us a queen room. Shower was spraying over the top into the room. They gave us another room that worked. So poor experience not great that the reviews mentioned.

We had a great experience at the River Bear casino. The room was nice & clean. The staffs are very nice & very friendly at the restaurant. We had a little bit rough experience at the first night because we were not familiar with heater & fan system but we were adjusting accordingly for the second night. It would be a perfect stay if hotel would provide a blanket for each bed. Overall, we had a great experience at the River Bear Casino. We had a fun time at the casino & the family entertainment center.
