We actually didn’t end up staying in the apartment. It was too far from London. The description said close to central London and that’s not true. The description also never said we’d share a building / entrance with another apartment. It was a very odd setup. The photos also were much better than how the apartment looked inside.

This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!
