We pride ourselves with providing an exceptional experience to our guests where we offer complimentary collection from Heathrow airport (if available), if possible an early check-in, assistance with sightseeing planning and we always provide some essential groceries to welcome our guests.

Our place is a beautiful 1st Floor, Victorian 2 Bedroom apartment situated on a quiet road in a fantastic location between South Kensington, Chelsea and Earls Court, with many restaurants, bistros and pubs closeby. The apartment is very close to the beautiful Redcliffe Square - a trendy and lovely area in London. Stunning private South West facing Roof Garden Terrace. Completely refurbished and renovated to high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one would need for a perfect stay. Bedrooms have high-quality beds & we only supply Egyptian Cotton Linen and best quality towels. There is a sofa bed in the Living Room. WIFI and TV.

The 2nd bedroom has a quality small double bed, bedside table and drawers under the bed and is compact. There is extra hanging space just outside in the Living Room. Although our apartment is small it is very well furnished Perfectly located, where my husband and I very much enjoy staying ourselves regularly as it is our second home.
We love that the apartment is in a great location allowing easy access to all that London has to offer, yet it is in a peaceful street and the Terrace is so lovely where one can relax at the end of a busy day and really unwind.

As mentioned, we offer complimentary airport pick-up but subject to availability, where we meet you at Arrivals and drive you directly to our apartment for check-in to make your arrival after a long journey easy and stress-free.

5 mins walk away is Hollywood Road which has a bustling pub (serving great 'fish and chips') and there are several restaurants from a family pizza Italian to fine dining. We provide full directions and off a list of recommendations to all of our guests.
10 mins walk away is Chelsea's famous Kings Road, which is full of unique fashion boutiques / cafes and restaurants.
10 mins walk away is Chelsea football club (Stamford bridge) where you can take tours and visit this famous football stadium.
7 mins away is Brompton cemetery which is a favourite for locals to enjoy strolling through the gardens, seeing the historic graves dating back hundreds of years and there is also a lovely coffee shop at the entrance.

If you want to go further afield perhaps visiting Stonehenge or the historic town of Bath we can offer private custom day tours where we can design a tour around the sites you would like to see but also add in our own extensive experience of the English countryside / beautiful villages and castles, etc.

Shelley and Dave are wonderfully generous hosts who made us feel very welcome, and much more like we were visiting friends than the usual vacation rentals. They shared lots of helpful advice prior to our visit, provided a complimentary pick up at Heathrow, and had groceries (including fruit, milk, juice, bread, and more) ready for us when we arrived, which were all very much appreciated when we arrived tired after an overnight flight.The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well-supplied. It’s in a great location, within easy walking distance of grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants, and two Underground stations. There is a lovely green space for walks nearby at the Brompton Cemetery, which also has a small café. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

This was our second time staying at the flat when visiting London and had another excellent experience. It’s in a great location making it easy to get to restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and Underground stations to see the sights. The kitchen has what you need to put a meal together easily. A charming place to come back too after a day out in London. Highly recommend this flat! The owners make it an enjoyable visit.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The walk to the tube was about four blocks and accessible to all points in London. There’s a coffee shop down the street and a few restaurants within a three block range. It was quite handy to have both the washer and dryer. Outstanding property & hosts! Listing is completely accurate. Nearby Tube station (Earl's Court) gives access to all London sites; short walk to the station passes grocery and dining opportunities. The flat/apartment is on a very quiet street (excellent sleep to cure our jet lag). Mature trees by the patio provide a shaded/relaxing spot after a long day touring as well as a peaceful start to the day for breakfast. The trip started out with a very gracious airport pick up from Dave! They provided all of the essentials for a perfect stay including a few items for breakfast at the flat! The rooms were so cozy and warm. The location to the tube was perfect and Shelly even helped out with booking a tea for my wife and my daughter while the guys were at the Chelsea match. Dave stayed in touch to make sure all of needs were met. We love London and cant wait to return to the Charming Chelsea 2 bedroom with a private terrace.

We had an amazing stay at Shelley and Dave's flat. It's in a lovely and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to the tube, shops & restaurants. Shelley gave us some wonderful recommendations which included a meal at an Indian restaurant that we will never forget. Dave was also kind enough to give us a ride from the train station as we were coming from Paris. They not only made our stay so easy & comfortable but memorable. But next time we plan on visiting when the weather is a bit warmer so we can take advantage of the beautiful garden terrace. Thank you so much Shelley & Dave!

Charming and perfect place!

We had such a lovely stay (family of 4 - 2 teenage daughters) Shelley and Dave made all the difference, their place is simply perfect but their attention to our stay even helping us with a wonderful tour of Stonehenge, Bath and a few other stops in some Cotswolds towns… our time in London was wonderful and we feel like we have new friends too! We were sad to leave but we want to return in the future! The hosts are just wonderful people thank you for everything!!

A week in London

We had a wonderful week in London. We toured for very long days and then came back to a lovely flat. The flat had everything we needed. The location is excellent! It’s an extremely safe neighborhood, with lots of local pubs. The beds in the flat are very comfortable and we slept well. The gathering area is artfully decorated and cozy.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Shelley & David's lovely apartment in Chelsea. David was kind enough to pick us up at the airport. Shelley had emailed me all kinds of great ideas for things to do in London. The apartment is absolutely perfect in its appointments and location. The backyard deck is a lovely feature. We enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of sightseeing. All in all, a wonderful place to stay, with exquisite hosts ! Highly recommended !

My boyfriend and I really enjoy our stay in Shelley and Dave flat in London. From the pick-up at the airport by Dave to the last day of our stay, we appreciated the location of the appartement which is close to Earl's Court underground station that brings us easily and everywhere around the city. There are many restaurants around that you can find by walking. Thanks Shelley and Dave, we will recommand your flat to our family and friends.

Two weeks in central London

This is an excellent property, well equipped with everything one might need, on a quiet residential street, a short walk from the tube station in one direction and shops in the other.
