A huge hotel, inside is lovely

From the outside, the main building looks pretty shabby, but inside, it's really nice. Everything clean and in good order. Nice bar/restaurants. It's a massive hotel, so by 0730, the main breakfast area was very busy, but it was well run, plenty of options, friendly staff. If you want a quiet boutique hotel, this isn't the place for you, but if you want something affordable, clean, nice facilities, decent breakfast and you don't mind a somewhat austere looking exterior (which I don't) then I recommend it. Excellent location too

The hotel was set back a touch from the Kensington High Street and tube station there was no background noise in the evenings. Very easy access to the tube station (50mtrs) Staff polite and informative and ample variety of breakfast sellection. Great Hotel.
