Room decent, not so impressing by hotel wanting to to charge £10ph for early cgeck in if room is already avalable, and tgeir apparent practice of cancelling room keys before the 11am check out time. Had to go back to reception to get mine reactivated, 25 mins before checkout, as I had half-loaded my car. Was asked if I would be be going quickly back to my riom and told they normally start deactivating cards before 11. Why??? Shame, as other than the about to irritating nagatives, hotel was pretty decent.

From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. We also loved the free parking, the beautiful grounds, and the comfy outdoor pods for dinner—such a lovely touch for a relaxing evening meal. 🍽️✨ Thank you, Natalie, and the whole team at Denham Grove Hotel for a memorable stay. We’ll certainly be visiting again! 🤩

We have stayed here several times now and can never fault the hotel on anything. The pool is perfect and my girls (7 & 9) love it - in fact it is the main reason we are staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The TV upgrades were also very welcome since our last visit. Restaurant is on the more pricey side, but that was expected. Would definitely visit again.
