The worst beds I have ever tried at a hotel, and it felt dirty.. very rundown. It gets two starts not one because I did get a new room when I complained about the bed, but the beds in the new room was still not good just a bit better..

The staff were all very polite, helpful and kind. I felt very welcome. The room was very small and a little run down but really well located close to Paddington, pubs and restaurants.
