Clean and tidy hotel close to attractions
The hotel was clean and tidy and close to the Royal Albert Hall and South Kensington. The room had been recently painted and was still a strong smell of paint and the paint job was hit and miss. Room was clean and tidy. Mattress a bit soft and walls were thin as you could hear conversations in next room. Shower was not working very well.

Fantastic location and great value. Space was clean and staff was helpful and accommodating. The only thing is I kept blowing a circuit breaker with the tea kettle. They reset it right away but it happened twice before I gave up on tea.

Location is great. Service is not bad. However, we got the room next to the elevetor and it was horrible. All night, there were very loud sounds from the elevetor which made my entire family wake up. We stayed two nights but because of the loud elevetor noise, we couldn't sleep at all.

Ok enough
We were in the budget room, which doesn’t have a window and the shower is small. Otherwise it is a good enough room for the location and cost. The bathroom right outside our room smelled like something had died, but thankfully that smell didn’t permeate our room.

A lovely couples getaway
Went to this hotel for our anniversary abd loved it. The reception area was beautifully decorated and staff that greeted us were friendly on our arrival. The room was lovely, bed was comfy and the bathroom was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was a treat every day and got us ready for a fun day in London. Close to museums, this was perfect for our plans for this trip. Would definitely go again to explore more of London. Big well done to all staff who helped us during our trip.
