The living area features a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Please note that the TV works exclusively with streaming services; local or cable channels are not available.

The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room's functionality.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and cutlery for preparing home-cooked meals. A dishwasher simplifies post-meal cleanup, while the washing machine, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment provide everything you need for hassle-free laundry.

The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
