Rooms need modernization. Hotel temperatures either super cold or very hot. Rooms were small. Shower was sad. Dining was average but very expensive. $6 for a water? Staff were nice.

Poor customer service and cleanliness!

When we checked in the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, the bin was full of used tissues and the carpet was extremely dirty. Thankfully we had clean sheets and new towels! I went down to reception to make them aware and she didn’t apologise but did however offer to empty the bin for us.

elevator issues i read in previous reviews YUP i show up and only 1 very slow working lift, not near food (only their cafe), hallways need help soon, staff NEVER NEVER answer the front desk phone(too busy on tiktok on their own phone)even the corporate office CANNOT reach them ! bright spot Winnie ( but she can't fix all the stupid around her) yagetwhatuplay4
