No lift and very steep stairs for elderly people with mobility problems. Staff were very kind though and carried luggage up and down the stairs. WiFi didn’t work initially. Staff helped there too. Room was small but tidy with everything we needed for short stay.

Close to King's Cross & Euston train station for easy access to London underground including Heathrow airport. Also for trains to other locations in England & Scotland. Close to a pub with excellent food, The Skinners Arms. As well, many lovely breakfast & coffee places. Rooms were clean & quiet, beds very comfortable, shower had consistent hot water.

Staff were excellent but the premises were very small. We’d have struggled with stairs but staff were so helpful with luggage. Also great parking service even though extra cost. Great location for the Eurostar

It was intersting to stay by the canal. Clean and spacious rooms, plenty of towels, a kitchen with the usable utencils, a supermarket is in 10 minute walking distance and a bus stop is right across the street. Staff was efficient and quick to respond to inquiries. I'd stay here again.

La gente que atiende hace lo mejor que puede. Fueron amables, educados. Pero el hotelito en su afan de hacer dinero maximixa el espacios al limite. Un closet para tres personas en un dungeon. Ademas las escaleras de bajada son inseguras, estrechas y sin pasamanos. El telefono del cuarto no servia, la tele tampoco. En fin, no creo que quiera volver. Prefiero un hostel.

The hotel was located close to King’s Cross St. Pancras station which made it easy to get to from the Heathrow airport and to leave on the Eurostar. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any issues we had.
