The room's were very clean, the bathroom is separated from view of the bedroom which is amazing because it keeps the light off anyone else who is sleeping if you need to use the restroom at night. The free water bottles daily was also a nice gesture. Very nice hotel, and I would stay there again.

First impressions were good. Room and corridors were filthy. Spoke to reception who apologised for room and said they would get it cleaned. That didn’t happen. Offered 2 drinks for unclean room. Didn’t accept that. Loud cafe come nightclub outside do avoid a room at the front of the hotel. Won’t stay at this hotel again or chain. Avoid at all costs. Rooms are small too.

Great stay in London!

Lovely hotel for a family stay in London. Good location for transport links & restaurants & bars. Spotlessly clean & a very high standard. Would like a little more space in a room for 3 adults (wardrobe space, case storage) but just a minor issue overall.

Was able to get in early (~9am) and get out late (~12pm) with no trouble at all. Property was very clean and rooms were very nice. Air conditioning was a little wonky, my only small complaint. Overall excellent.

Great hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but it is London. Breakfast is worth it - a bit repetitive after a few days but tasty and definitely recommended. Staff are excellent.

The hotel is in an OK location—most places, including train stations, convenience stores, and a few good restaurants, are within walking distance (about 10–15 minutes). However, being on the east side, the area may not feel as safe at night compared with the west side. The hotel itself is very good, offering all the facilities you would typically need. I stayed in a King Executive Room, which was quite spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was the shower room design—it would benefit from a proper shade or partition to prevent water from splashing out. Overall, a pleasant stay with good facilities, though there’s room for improvement in shower design and perhaps the location depending on personal preference.
