Good hotel. I liked checking in online and getting my key from the kiosk instead of having to wait at the front desk. Everything was clean and nice. I didn’t love having stairs in the lobby as it was a pain to get our luggage up and down them. I would have also loved if our luggage has been dropped off in our room while we were out as some of our other hotels had done. But it was a nice hotel, very clean and the room was nice.

This hotel is centrally located and has a modern appearance, as well as amenities. I found that the staff at check-in were not as hospitable, even to accommodate an early check-in or recognize a room upgrade due to Expedia status. There were several trips made to the manager to confirm my requests. I was made to wait for my room where I saw other guests granted early check-in. The rooms lack proper acoustic treatments and so I could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms clearly. The rooms however were very lovely and clean.

Really modern hotel with good amenities. Slow check in and staff seem really slow and not very well informed. Busy hotel where no one seems to have time to actually do what needs to be done. No one answers on housekeeping or reception. Amazing gym. Like the modern lifts/room. Just poor customer service but really like the hotel facilities and room.

Worst Experience in Travel in 20 years

On July 5 I came to the desk to check in at 6:30pm after a long day of travel, hours after the stated check in time.  I was told the room wasn't ready with no ETA and no prior communication on the delay.  Not only that, but the employee helping me seemed distracted and like I was not a priority despite not having a room available for me as I'd booked.  The employee proceeded to give me four free drinks at the hotel bar as consolation while I waited for my room.  When I went to apply one of the drinks, the bartender told me they couldn't apply one and I had to use all four at once which is unrealistic given I was alone.  When I shared this with the front desk person they barely acknowledged it displaying total lack of empathy.  I then checked out of that room the next day, left my bags and went out for the day with a second reservation to a city view/levels room for July 6-8. When I checked in the room yet again it wasn't ready at 7pm despite check in being 3-4pm.  The room stated it would have a city view and had zero view.  The person who checked me in told me nothing about the levels lounge and appeals, one of the primary reasons I paid significantly more vs. the standard room.  The door didn't close without force while leaving and returning and the room had one towel but three pairs of slippers.  In the middle of the night the ceiling started leaking which made for a terrible night of sleep and a soaked floor.

The bathroom had no ventilation which is a health hazard as the heat and moisture can create moulding. The bedroom smelled damp likely due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. so we needed to leave the windows open. The door hinge also was broken. The door wouldn't close all the way, it needed to be manually pulled shut. The gym was lovely! I loved it and wish there were more to it. The lobby is very nice and smells nice. The corridors to the rooms need to be repainted and the carpets changed.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel and a comfortable bed. Room was a good size and had everything i needed. Only drawback is the noise from the adjoining rooms. I could hear the guy in the next room on the phone at 11:30. I would stay here again though.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Not sure if the “Bar” just opened but the staff did not know how to make drinks (dirty martini) the service was also pretty slow. The walls in the hotel are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallways and your neighbors. No wash clothes will be given so bring your own.
