I never received any check in instructions. Reached out to the owner the week prior asking about parking never got an answer. The day of check in I reached out asking for check in instructions because I drove to the street but did not have the house number. No response. So I called them and he informed me that there was no booking that they do not book through Expedia and hung up. Shortly after I received a text saying he was mistaken and they found my booking. They said âHowever due to some planned issues that property is not availableâ. Offered another property that was an hour away. I declined the property as it was too far away and I felt uncomfortable taking it seeing how they were not messaging me through the app and it seemed like an odd situation. Then they asked me to reach out to Expedia. I asked that they put all of the information they told me through the app messaging as when I reached out to Expedia they said they didnât have proof as it wasnât through the app. I am now going through a lengthy process to get my money back. I wish I never would have booked with them as I last minute had to get a hotel same day. I was in town for a Beyonce concert and all the rooms at local places were booked or outrageously high
